We are looking for a talented individual to join our Support Services teamin Vaughan (GTA). We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic candidate, who is excited about technology, have a commitment to unparalleled customer service excellence.

The Support Services team is responsible for provisioning, cabling, installation and support of enhanced products related to next generation IT services.

Required Skills

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and administer the use of local area networks, wide area networks, connections to the Internet and peripheral equipment
• know - jack termination, cable pulling, patch panel termination
• Run, splice and repair various types and sizes of telephone and other telecommunication cables Install, maintain and repair telecommunications equipment
• Able to manage a physically demanding workload, which includes heavy lifting, climbing ladders/poles, crawling in confined spaces and working in all weather conditions
• Able to work various shifts (days, evenings, weekends) to meet business needs
• Able to effectively handle both favorable and unfavorable customer interactions
• Able to identify and up-sell additional products and services when appropriate
• demonstrated professional oral and written communications skills Self-motivated, demonstrated effective decision-making skills with limited supervision
• Mechanical ability and technical curiosity. Able to plan, organize and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Able to effectively work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments
• Must follow safe work practices and abide by all safety rules and regulations
  

Education, Certifications & Experience

• Previous experience and/or education in telecommunications considered an asset
• Must have completed a minimum of High school education diploma
• Clean and valid Driver’s License
