Main Duties and Responsibilities

In the position of Facility Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing, developing and recording operational processes. You will collaborate with our Technical Services Team to implement controls for production and quality using our integrated management system and proprietary software, hardware and supporting services. You will document; process maps, procedures, instructions, and forms to achieve a structured continuous improvement plan. Responsibilities will also include the development and measurement of “Key Performance Indicators” that will determine the effectiveness and efficiency of these processes within our ISO framework.

You will also assist with Operational HS&E at Regional Facilities reviewing emergency plans and ensuring all related procedures and policies are effective as well as being followed. Assisting with asset management and inventory controls you will work with Operational Management improving our proprietary preventative maintenance systems. This will include working with Maintenance Management and Information Systems Management to review/update maintenance related standard operating procedures and Systems at regional facilities.

The position has been designed to develop employees for future opportunities and succession planning. It will require travel to facilities within a region, establishing 2 way support, working in collaboration with HSE, Maintenance and all Corporate departments.

Required Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be college graduates in the fields of Mechanical/Chemical or Environmental Technology.
• You will need to have strong written and verbal communication.
• Status as or working towards CET or credentials for future status,
• A good sense of humor will be an asset.

More specifically, you must have:

• Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license as there is no public transit to access to most of our terminal;
• Availability for travelling within the region to see all terminals;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure;
• Responsible, resourceful and autonomous;
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the field of construction;
• Ability to work on call and work overtime in case of emergency;
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team.
