Must be able to successfully pass Drug and Alcohol Testing as this site has a ZERO TOLORANCE POLICY as well as a 50lb / 27kg pre-hire Physical Assessment.

Starting wage is $19.00/hour + $1.50/hour shift incentive for all ours worked after 5:00pm. Potential base wage of up to $21.00/hour within 2 years of service.

Strong understanding and ability to read and write in English is required.

Location is near bus routes for those requiring public transportation.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Primary Duties:

• Hard and Carpeted floor care (Stripping and Refinishing Tiled floors and Carpet extraction)
• Empty trash receptacles, replace liners as necessary. Remove trash up to 35 lbs. to designated area.

Additional Tasks required infrequently or as assigned:

• Dust and/or damp wipe all furniture and fixtures at established frequencies.
• Remove recycling and compost from common collection areas for disposal.
• Spot clean walls, partitions, light switches and doors and kick plates.
• Wipe down wood, metal and painted surfaces of desks and filing cabinets.
• Clean partition glass within arm’s reach or as accessible by step ladder.
• Clean and disinfect all washroom fixtures.
• Dust baseboards and low and high air vents using established tools and methods.
• Vacuum cloth furniture at established frequencies.
• Disinfection of areas within the facility.
• Dust mop, sweep & damp mop hard surface floor areas.
• Restock all dispensers containing soap, towels, toilet tissue and sanitary napkins or other supplies as necessary.

Salary: $25,827.00-$56,703.00 per year
