The Learning Lab is the innovation arm of EY Learning Services and our teams work collaboratively to create superior learning solutions for our clients. We are looking for smart, ambitious game changers that can help us achieve our vision. We want you to grow with us, be our next thought leader, jump right in and make a difference - and have a ton of fun doing it. We’re looking for a talented and collaborative Project Manager who loves managing, and learning from, multidisciplinary teams while creating exceptional learning and client experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Perform requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Generate ideas and solutions which address stakeholder requirements
  • Manage all aspects of projects: scope, risk, budget, quality, and communication
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through all phases of the project life cycle
  • Participate in client and internal team meetings
  • Assist the Business Development team on new business opportunities
  • Leverage project knowledge and client relationships to assist in revenue growth
  • Create weekly status reports
  • Prepare and consistently update project documentation

To qualify for the role, you should have
  • 5+ years of experience managing digital learning solutions projects
  • Project Management Certification
  • An undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in the direct management of cross-functional production teams
  • A track record, supported by references, of delivering dynamic projects on time and on budget while maintaining effective client and team relationships
  • Knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes
  • Ability to manage a prioritized and customer sensitive change management process
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent verbal communication and professional writing skills
  • Superior meeting and time management skills
  • Effectively work with other Project Managers and production team leads to ensure projects are consistently implemented in a manner that aligns with organizational goals
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and correctly identify and prioritize critical organizational and project tasks
  • Strong affinity for technology
