The Assistant Manager generally supports the Site Manager in their efforts to develop a team of dedicated people delivering great and friendly guest experiences and profitable top-line sales. This position is directly responsible for implementing the company mission :

Position Requirements

• Can drive profit through customer satisfaction, increased volume, and customer loyalty
• Direct and supervise employees in the absence of the Site Manager
• Are production-driven through hands-on management and lead by example
• Enjoy team building including training and developing people
• Enjoy working on your feet in an outdoors, fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Have analytical and strategic thinking ability; excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic, energy and motivation
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule: minimum five days a week; including weekends; morning and evening shifts
• Physically ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must have successful completion of a criminal background check
• Have mechanical aptitude or social media expertise

Working conditions
The Assistant Site Manager is required to work a flexible schedule (inside and outside in all weather) where shifts include mornings, days, evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
