We are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit.In your role, you will:- Support the conceptual design of derivative and clean sheet aircraft with regards to Multi-disciplinary design optimization.
- Contribute to the development of a Multi-disciplinary Optimization framework through:
- Literature and industry survey
- Proposals, planning, implementation, testing and deployment.
- Implement state-of-the-art technologies and research findings in various disciplinary environments.
- Propose approaches, strategies and solutions for major challenges associated with Multi-disciplinary Optimization such as:
- Multilevel optimization
- Linking of multiple frameworks
- Highly efficient optimization techniques
- Machine learning (A.I.) application
- Post-processing and decision making toolsets.
- Help set the foundation for the development of the next generation of business aircraft that will answer the demanding requirements of our clients while meeting the challenges of an environmentally friendly solution.
- Supervise engineering students’ internships.
- You have more than 5 years of experience in aerospace engineering OR a graduate degree in engineering with a specialty in multi-disciplinary design optimization (MDO).
- You have a good understanding of aircraft design is an asset.
- You have experience with various programming languages
- You have preference for Python, Javascript and React libraries.
- You have experience in large-scale software development is an asset.
- You are open minded, curious, rigorous, methodical and independent.
- You strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork and support knowledge sharing amongst team members.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You approach problem solving with a holistic view.
- You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience.
- You possess a university degree in Engineering.
