Job Description

Our Kelowna campus is currently looking for an Employment Services Specialist. You will work one-on-one with SSC graduates on resume revisions, target cover letters, and interview skills. You will also plan events for Graduations, Career Events, Community building, and local marketing. Some teaching may also be involved. This may be either a PT or FT position depending on certain factors.

You have:

  • Completed the Career Development Practitioner certificate or in the field of study (or in progress).
  • At least two years experience in the career development field.

- Proven computer ability - certificate or diploma in Office software applications or letter(s) of confirmation of minimum of two years experience from previous employers required.

  • Experience in Adult Education is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Canada Student Loans and Student Aid BC policies and procedures is an asset.
