Thornhill Child Care Society is currently recruiting experienced Early Childhood Educators for our Lumino center, located in the SW near Chinook Mall. For more information about Thornhill Child Care Society, please go to www.thornhillchildcare.com.

The Society’s vision is about supporting a diverse community of families by providing quality environments for all children to reach their full potential. The center provides child care for Infant ages through to Kindergarten aged children as well as supports inclusion.

Candidates should posses a fundamental understanding of Emergent Curriculum and have the ability to work in a team environment.

These positions include a Float position with infants and toddlers and a position with our Preschool classroom with children ages 3-6 years of age.

Candidates should hold a Level 2 or 3 Certification, specifically with education in Early Childhood Development and Early Learning as well as have experience in a child care setting.

The salary listed does NOT include Provincial Top Ups. Other requirements include a current (less than 6 months old) Criminal Background Check and First Aid in Child Care or the ability to provide those.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.00-$19.50 per hour
