About our Client

Our client, a large, well-established company providing health care solutions, is looking for an E-Commerce Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and will be promoting sales to existing and new clients. Responsibilities:
Promote sales to existing clients and new clients for online platforms

Identify and solicit potential clients

Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services

Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates

Prepare or oversee preparation of sales or other contracts

Consult with clients after sale or signed contracts to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support

Review and adapt to information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

2 years of sales and/or customer service experience in FMCG industry

Optimistic and works well under pressure

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication skills

Able to multitask and has good logical thinking

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Post-secondary degree is desirable

Excellent organizational and time management skills
