FREIGHT LINK LOGISTICSis a trucking company based in Brampton /Nova scotia running mainly dry vans and reefers to the Southern and Mid western states of the United States from Ontario and Quebec. We are looking for a Dispatcher that has some experience with booking loads and talking to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Reach out to customers to book loads
• Continuously monitor the load boards to book loads (Loadlink, DAT)
• Answer all phone calls from customers
• Monitor and reply to all emails form customers
• Book pickup and delivery appointments
• Communicate with customers for shipments late or problematic
• Must pay attention to detail
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player
• Must possess great organizational skills
• Having experience with Xpert Dispatch would be an asset, but no necessary
