• Lead/manage the Retail Data & Infrastructure Management team in the oversight and evolution of data management systems (including self-serve tools); the development and maintenance performance metrics (including remediation); and timely delivery of production reports (including support and investigations).
• Fosters strong partnerships (e.g. Retail Reporting, Role Strategy, etc.) to enable effective decision making, obtain strategic guidance, define scope/requirements, and inform prioritization (along with appropriate budgets/allocation of resources).
• Champion strong data governance, stewardship, and risk management practices ensuring appropriate documentation, and compliance with enterprise data usage and security policies.
• Build/maintain an engaged high performing team ensuring alignment to P&CB and Regional Banking objectives, while being able to provide appropriate linkage to individual goals and supporting career development.

What do you need to succeed?Must have:

• Business Technology or Computer Science/Information Management degree
• Retail banking knowledge
• Proven experience leading a technical team (Agile project management) – including programing, mainframe, application management, system/server oversight, security, and ETL processes.
• Advanced experience with programming languages/databases/storage/tools – including SQL, SAS, UNIX, Java, ETL, Python, Kafka, Machine learning, API’s, Teradata EDW, Data Lake, Git, Apache, Frameworks, Jenkin, etc.
• Analytical thinker and information seeker – leverages superior data knowledge and discovery skills; strong problem-solving with ability to innovate; balances creativity with pragmatism; and can research and gather relevant information to provide accurate performance measures.
• Excellent time management and communication skills – with the ability to meet deadlines and manage several activities simultaneously
• Strong self-motivated inspiring leader that collaborates within a team environment, and has good development/coaching routines

Nice to have:

• Design, development, and implementation experience in an environment utilizing the following BI tools: Datameer, Oracle BI, Analysis Services, etc.
