Our new Director of Demand Generation is responsible for:
Reporting to the VP, Marketing the Director of Demand Generation is responsible for running all aspects of demand generation at Adlib. They will develop, execute, and refine the demand generation strategy and operations for all product offerings.

Our new Director of Demand Generation will:

  • Plan, budget, oversee and track all functions related to pipeline in support of global revenue targets
  • Build integrated marketing programs leveraging inbound, ABM, field, and content marketing
  • Consistently deliver on key business metrics (MQLs & SQLs)
  • Serve as a critical team player, leader, and coach
  • Lead and grow a team responsible for pipeline generation and revenue funnel optimization
  • Bring new ideas to the marketing team and support aggressive growth objectives
  • Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing teams
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
  • Improve the lead-to-sales accepted lead (SAL) and lead-to-close won conversion rate and increase funnel marketing efficiency
  • Work with sales to measure demand gen program performance and lead quality.

Our new Director of Demand Generation has:

  • 10+ years of Demand Generation experience, with most of that in the Enterprise B2B SaaS space - demand gen, lead gen, social media marketing, content marketing, paid digital channels, CRM
  • 5+ years in the Saas space
  • 5+ years experience in people management
  • Experience and expertise with planning and executing programs across multiple channels
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing and sales automation systems, digital marketing tactics, social media advertising platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a comfort level with ambiguity Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • `Degree in business or marketing
  • Experience with MarTech like HubSpot, Dynamics CRM, Google Adwords, Google Analytics
  • Proven track record of developing & executing multi-channel, integrated demand generation campaigns including digital, social, web, nurture programs, ABM, email, events, webinars, syndication, sponsorships, conversational, and more
  • Proven track record in partnering with Subject Experts, Sales and Business Development to drive pipeline and funnel performance
  • Strong creative thinker with knowledge of the industry
  • Self-motivated, nimble, and highly results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
