Our client is a global leader in their industry and they are looking for Director, Business Applications to join their growing and progressive team. This is a opportunity to take ownership of contributing strategically to the growth of the company and have influence within the department.

You must be have experience in the following four areas:
1) Enterprise Applications
2) Data Strategy
3) Global Applications
4) Responsible Team - a strong leader
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent Business or

related field.

• 10 years experience supporting business application systems, applications development,

technical architecture design, system integrations, system configuration and deployment along

with end-user requirements and support

• 10 years combined IT experience in project, program and portfolio management
• 10+ business experience, solid understanding of business processes
• 5+ experience in working for a Global organization.
• Proficiency with Software platforms include but not limited to: Microsoft enterprise products

including O365 Stack, SharePoint design and .NET development, SQL databases, VBA, reporting

services, Business Intelligence tools, various website CMS platforms, and development tools and

methodologies;

• Proficiency and experience with selecting, implementing and supporting ERP solutions, such as

Workday, SAP or other

• Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodologies, etc; experience with traditional SDLC methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
• In depth knowledge of data warehouse concepts and design to support Business Intelligence

platform

• Successfully managed a large portfolio or program (+10 active projects) with multiple business

stakeholders

• Understanding of SaaS solution implementation approaches, as well as cloud development tools
• Understanding of AWS and Azure Cloud tools
• Experience in implementing and maintaining accurate key performance measures
• Track record of managing and improving complex processes with highly effective organizational,

directional and problems solving skills

• Project Management skills; creating business cases, resource planning, risk management,

budget planning and execution

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of users and with management.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Exhibits customer-focused mindset.
• Strong planning and quality decision making
