Roofmart, a major Canadian distributor of residential, commercial Roofing and Siding products, requires a Digital Projects Manager to join our organization. With over 50 Roofmart locations across Canada, we are strategically positioned to handle all our customer needs.

We are looking for Enthusiastic, Driven, Outside of the Box Thinkers to help us grow our business. In the specialized role of Digital Projects Manager you will be a valuable and key member of our Roofmart team.

Your role will be to support the marketing and digital service initiatives related to the customer experience. "Customer Experience" includes tools, resources, processes, and culture for both external and internal customers. You will report to the Director of Marketing and Business Solutions and will work closely with key members of the business.

You role will comprise of the following responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and support various customer-centric marketing initiatives
• Support strategy development through market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement
• Develop, maintain and support digital solutions and digital platforms
• Design the information architecture for the websites, digital solutions or apps
• Design and develop copy, journey maps, navigation design, wireframes, and sitemaps
• Development of digital marketing copy and content, including user stories, personas, and storyboards, for digital marketing solutions
• Manage the presentation of the online content, including product information, photography and banners in collaboration with the marketing team
• Lead user management support and maintenance of e-commerce/B2B platform and development of new capabilities
• Manage content and maintain infrastructure for all digital media platforms (e.g. Brightsign, Onhold) in collaboration with the Marketing team
• Project management and coordination with third party vendors on Marketing/UX/UI/IT project initiatives
• Administrate Salesforce maintenance
• Project manage and act as liaison with Global IT for both hardware & software needs for opening and renovation of Roofmart branches; coordination with 3rd party vendors where required
• Manage & support internal Roofmart IT service or hardware purchasing contracts
• Share knowledge of Roofmart-specific processes & tools with the Global IT team
• Perform administrative tasks as required

You will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Understanding of interaction design principles
• Knowledge of responsive design
• Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator
• Experience in marketing, cognitive science, psychology, economics or information science, with a solid understanding of user experience design
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, ES6, JavaScript, Wordpress, Java, SQL, CMS, Microsoft programs , ERPs, CRMs etc…
• Business know-how; understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
