DIGITAL ADVERTISING SPECIALIST

Cultivate is looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Specialistto fill a key role within the Digital Paid Media department of our growing marketing agency. You will be responsible for developing and delivering ROI-driven digital marketing strategies; building, optimizing and reporting on digital advertising campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook/Instagram and Linkedin platforms for a portfolio of clients; pulling and mining the data/analytics for impactful insights; and connecting those campaign insights back to lead generation, lead conversion and lead nurturing tactics and optimization.

At Cultivate, Digital Advertising Specialists know they are responsible for client success and deliver exceptional campaign results through digital marketing strategy and lead generation tactics for a diverse set of clients.

A typical day for a Digital Advertising Manager could involve any of these tasks:

  • Build, execute and optimize client marketing campaigns from beginning to end.
  • Test, refine, and scale for iterative improvements.
  • Identify what content is required for a successful campaign, and collaborate in its creation with account managers and our design/copywriting teams.
  • Monitor, track and report on data-driven insights in weekly/monthly KPI reports to clients, along with recommendations on how you intend to improve metrics.
  • Be responsible for staying well informed on industry trends, and seeking out new opportunities, mediums, segments and channels.
  • Propose new and improved lead gen /inbound marketing campaign ideas.
  • Perform keyword and paid search research.
  • Evaluating active/past campaigns.
  • Participating in internal strategy meetings. Bridge strategy with flawless execution.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills with ability to multi-task and support multiple brands.
  • Building PPC campaign proposals and presenting to clients alongside account managers.
  • Contribute to creating and building out agency processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of deep expertise and verifiable results in building large scale, effective lead generation campaigns in Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn advertising platforms.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Pixels.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy, not just tactics.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional organization and time management.
  • The ability to instil confidence with clients, stellar communication skills.
  • The ability to think creatively and strategically while using data to inform decision making.
  • A strong sense of accountability, and motivation to be a part of a growing organization where you can make a positive impact.

Salary: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
