In the role of Designer 1, we’ll count on you to:

• Assist in the production of schematic design, design development and contract documents including the preparation of floor plans, elevations, details sections and schedules using computer aided design software.
• Develop 3D rendered views and vignettes and digital walkthroughs
• Demonstrate knowledge of procedures for production of design developments and construction documents, and knowledge of engineering planning, drafting and detailing
• Work with limited supervision with occasional advice from other team members
• Perform other duties as needed

• Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong computer skills (AutoCAD, Revit 3D Modeling and Microsoft Office)
• Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering firm
• Ability to prepare drawings and details
