As a Production Operator in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, you will be responsible for the execution of production duties within your assigned role, following all safety procedures and work methods while maintaining productivity and quality levels. If you like working with your hands, and have a positive outlook, strong work ethic, and enjoy learning new roles and responsibilities, this could be the job for you! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a multinational, industry leading manufacturing company in Bridgewater, with opportunities for advancement.

Location: Bridgewater, Nova Scotia

Pay Rate: $15/hour plus shift premiums. Overtime Opportunities available.

Shift Schedule: Rotational 12 hour day shifts (160 hours per month)

Responsibilities

• Off-loading product from a conveyor
• Loading product on to pallets for storage
• Tagging/labelling products
• Recording production + quality numbers
• Basic data entry and paperwork
• Inspecting product for possible defects
• Maintaining a safe, clean work environment
• Communicating with team members
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or labour experience is an asset
• Capable of working 12 hour shifts, including weekends
• Able to work in a team or autonomously (with little supervision)
• Able to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
