Hi-Lon Glass is a service company that specializes in the repair or replacement of all makes and models of windows and doors. We have been servicing the commercial/residential market since 1968. Over the years, Hi-Lon has developed relationships with a large network of suppliers. This enables us to obtain parts for windows and doors that other service companies do not readily have access to. As a result, Hi-Lon is often able to repair problems for a reasonable price whereas, many of our competitors can only replace entire units or systems.

We are looking for a Client Service Representative/Order Desk to join our growing team!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to all telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner
• Update ERP as required to ensure proper communication is documented
• Provide proper information to all customers
• Act as a liaison between internal staff, technicians, corporations and customers
• Maintain notes on work orders that are scheduled for production
• Contact suppliers and production department when ETA’s requests are initiated, update co-workers
• Initiate service requests by collecting pertinent information from the customers, creating work orders and updating internal database
• Work closely with other teams within the organization to maintain optimal customer service levels
• Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous office experience is required
• Minimum college education required
• Excellent Coordination skills needed
• Extremely detail-oriented and well organized
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office including Excel Spreadsheets
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills

Monday-Thursday 10am-3pm and Fridays 10am-2pm

Part-time hours: 24 per week

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

Everyone is required to wear masks inside the building. Commonly touched surfaces are being sanitized daily. Screening is done daily, prior to entering the building.
