The primary role of a CSR is to provide operational support for our contractor, engineer and wholesale distribution customers as well as support the efforts of our sales associates in the field. To accomplish these goals, a great deal of communication and interaction with our principal’s factory CSR personnel as require. Assist customers with inventory status information, product pricing confirmation, and support with selecting replacement parts. Communicate project orders and deliveries with the sales steam and customers across Ontario and Canada. Knowledge of Spire software would be an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
