Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Customer Service Representative in Calgary, AB to work for our client a dynamic and well-established logistics company. In this role, you will ensure timely and professional service while acting as a liaison between the customer and the warehouse
  • Pay rate: $18.25/hour
  • Location: Calgary, AB
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8 AM- 5 PM
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process and input all customer orders
  • Trace orders as required and notify customers of any activity concerning their merchandise
  • Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer-generated invoices.
  • Maintain good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries
  • Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction
  • Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes
  • Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files
  • Maintain a current and accurate procedure book which details the processing requirements for each account
  • Answer phone calls and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties
  • Effectively correspond with customers as required
  • Follow all Occupational Health and Safety Act policies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service-related role
  • Experience working with MS Office
  • Previous experience with Warehouse Management Information System such as Red Prairie an asset
  • Willingness to be trained and operate all material handling equipment including Reach and Walkie an asset
  • Service oriented with strong customer interaction skills and commitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team setting
