Seljax requires a Customer Relations Specialist to ensure that Seljax Customers receive top quality experience and service.

Duties and Responsibilities

Build, maintain and sell customers by analyzing their needs. This requires collaborating with all Seljax team members. Serve customers by providing product and service information.

Skills and Knowledge

· Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in customer service

· Quick problem solving abilities

· Experience in developing strong customer relations

· Positive communicative skills

· Experience in utilizing Contact Management Software

· Niche Experience

Valuable Assets - Nice to have

· Experience in construction projects

· Bilingual in French/English
