Customer Service Representative

At Santa & Me, we bring out the best of Christmas festivities with our personalized Christmas ornament. These are very popular among the locals and a gift everyone affords and loves. Join our celebratory team this November as a customer service representative or a ornament writer and experience this endeavour with us. We would love to have someone who has interest in arts & crafts, loves painting and calligraphy.

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- taking orders and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain calm and composure and support us making the job fun
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle busy and stressful hours while maintaining quality service

• We need someone with neat handwriting and stable hand for Personalising ornaments. On - Job training will be provide given your potential to improve.

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in operating cash registers and inve control.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Good command on English.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
