Creative Marketing Project Manager
As the Creative Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be an integral part of how we execute large, dynamic marketing initiatives and be tightly coupled with the creative and content process. This will include cross-team coordination efforts in content marketing, brand and design, integrated campaigns, product launches, web projects, and external agencies.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and tend towards over communication. You also are a certified project planner able to help organizations build scalable, repeatable processes. This role reports directly to the head of brand and content, but will also provide support across major marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities

• Create and refine processes for multi-team projects.
• Liaise between requesters and the creative and content team on requirements, schedules, and deliverables for major efforts, including integrated campaigns, product launches, major company events
• Working with marketing leadership to manage and communicate prioritization, roadblocks, and objectives
• Own the marketing project calendar including scheduling and reporting for multiple projects and initiatives
• Provide orchestration and communications around project status and run standup meetings to maintain momentum
• Measure and monitor team capacity and SLAs
• Drive stakeholder approvals
• Own project management platform hygiene and administration

Experience

• 3 to 6 years experience in marketing, creative, publication, or agency work
• 3+ years in project management for cross-functional teams of 40+
• An expert in modern project management software (Wrike, Asana, Confluence, Monday, etc.)
• Hold one or more relevant project management certifications (PMP, PMI, etc.)
• A friendly, clear communicator who drives consensus and results
• High level of empathy with resourceful problem-solving skills, especially in a fast-changing environment
