Make an impact with our Regional Human Capital team as a Coordinator. ROLE @ MNP

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer human capital activities including total rewards, recruitment and performance management
  • Participate and assist in the recruitment and selection process, including producing job offers and conducting reference checks
  • Contribute to the ongoing management of the recruitment database; post jobs, update postings, and manage candidates through the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Provide administrative support including employee correspondence, transfers, maintaining employee data and assisting with projects and communications.
  • Prepare presentations for internal business workgroups, training sessions and meetings
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Compile statistical reports and metrics on programs such as campus, compensation data, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and timely filing of human resource correspondence, invoices, receipts and office records
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
  • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
Skills And Experience
  • Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty
  • 1 to 2 years of HR experience is preferred
