Your role
  • Answer complex questions from the associates related to benefit programs (group insurance, pension plan and stock purchase plan), which may include specific details of various insurance/pension plans, eligibility, and other questions not answered in Level 1 on Associate Care Centre.
  • Support the implementation and administration of benefit programs
  • Rigorously monitor data accuracy
  • Work closely with the Centre of Expertise, HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Payroll Specialists, external suppliers as well as Administrative Support Associates in our various work sites
  • Support the coordination of the re-enrollment campaigns of the flexible benefits plan and the share purchase program
  • Analyse error reports from interface files
  • Participate/Support in regular audits of data used in the administration of our plans as well as administrative processes
  • Process invoices

The Qualifications We Are Looking For
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in benefits administration
  • Knowledge of HR information systems (Workday or other), HR ticketing (Service Now or other) payroll and service providers, an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel (intermediate level) and Word (intermediate)
  • Attention to detail and rigor;
  • Bilingualism required
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to adapt and cope with quick changes
  • Ability to set and meet work priorities and timelines
