Our client is a contract manufacturer, making products for other businesses in the expanding natural products marketplace. This company also markets natural products for humans and their pet companions. The natural products market is growing, and they are looking for add a Senior Accountant to their team!

Do you want to work in an open, solutions focused culture where your role will be of critical importance to the organization? You will be the finance team lead, reporting directly to the President of the company who used to be in this role. You will also oversee IT and Administration.

Sample Responsibilities Include:

• Financial Reporting
• Compliance with regulators
• Cash Flow, budgeting, forecasting
• Risk Management
• Credit Risk management and Collections
• Information Systems
• Human Resources
• Team supervision

Qualifications

• CPA designation
• Minimum 5 years of Full Cycle Accounting
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience
• Strong work ethic with excellent communication skills
• Experience in manufacturing is an asset

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $80-85K
• Discretionary bonus
• Extended health & dental care
• CPA Dues and PD courses covered to a $ maximum annually

Schedule:

Monday to Friday in-office with very flexible working hours
