We work together, we play together and get involved together.Why join usWe offer competitive hourly rates, health & dental benefits, RRSP matching program and a culture that revolves around employee development and promoting from within.Learn more here: will you be doing?Reviewing client specifications and requirements and strive to achieve full compliance with all required standards.Being the liaison between site superintendent, office administration and project managers.Managing project activities throughout the lifecycle, including resourcing, scheduling, documentation, budget, and other factors.Tracking and distributing instructions and changes to trades and other parties who may be affected by the change. Document changes made.Tracking project progress and reporting to the management team via a formal communications planPrior to the start of the project, creating a submission list to be used for constructionProviding administrative support to project managers and Vice PresidentEnsuring safety obligations with clients are carried out as per the terms of the agreement and communicated to the Project Manager and Supervisors.Implement the Quality Assurance/Quality Control management system at siteCoordinating all site inspections with the site subcontractorsEnsuring that all submissions and inspection reports are accurate/in compliance and that all attached documents are current status, as per the timelines in the contractCompleting testing as required by operations staffCoordinating any and all testing on and off-siteCommunicating with the client representative(s)Verifying that the quality-related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes, specifications and standardsPlanning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Microsoft Project softwareWhat do you need to be successful?Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or equivalentHighly proficient with various Microsoft Office applicationsMay routinely require the employee to climb, bend, push, pull or lift and /or carry objects.Willing and able to travel for assigned out of town projectsPrevious experience as a Project Coordinator is considered an assetPrevious experience in Sewer and Water, Wastewater treatment, pumping stations considered an assetLouis W Bray Construction welcomes applications from all qualified candidates, please contact Human Resources if you require any accommodation(s) throughout the application process.
