As a Co-Op, National Quality [Fall Term] some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assistance with administering elements of the firm-wide “world class” internal quality control systems and monitoring programs that directly result in ongoing efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
• Assistance with elements of creating a quality monitoring environment that’s aligned with the firm’s cultural aspirations – to be consistent, transparent, educational and directly facilitates a culture of change.
• Assistance in collaborating with colleagues in the National Quality Monitoring group and the Professional Practice Group, to determine monitoring and quality control system needs in alignment with the firm’s overall business strategy and relevant professional standards
• Assistance with elements of compliance with required regulatory monitoring requirements.
