360 Wellness is looking for an enthusiastic, organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent people skills to fill a front end position at our clinic. Our clinic, located in Spruce Grove, is a fast-paced yet comforting environment. We offer wellness services such as chiropractic care, physiotherapy, acupuncture, psychology and massage therapy. The ideal candidate requires the ability to multi-task in a time-efficient manner and must be self-motivated.

Responsibilities include:

• greeting clients and answering telephones
• ensuring intake forms and other paperwork in completed
• scheduling appointments
• inputting transactions and processing payments
• direct billing insurance companies
• nightly cash outs
• reconciling payments
• general office duties including filing, faxing, scanning and photocopying
• confirmation calls and recalls
• excellent computer skills and email correspondence
• working with healthcare provider and other clinic staff.
• maintaining organization and efficiency in the clinic
• keeping an inventory of office supplies
• daily cleaning duties

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
