Join the growing TTPG team in Atlantic Canada to assist clients in assessing current and future needs and to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Role Summary
Act as Tri-Tech Pinnacle Group Inc.’s representative throughout Atlantic Canada to complete roof, building envelope, and parking lot assessments and also observe work in progress, ensuring specification compliance and quality assurance.

Critical Functions:

Maintain and Enhance Client Relations

• Maintain friendly, regular contact with all clients
• Determine client needs and meet/exceed them
• Provide client follow-up
• Present reports and specifications to clients

Site Inspection

• Perform site inspections and attend client/site meetings as required
• Ensure that project work conforms to specifications
• Enforce the specification as the Owner’s representative or consult the architect where the work deviates from the specification
• Prepare site reports with photographs and submit them daily

Infrared Scanning

• Contact the building operator to schedule the scan and confirm access to the building
• Perform the scan according to established TTPG protocols
• Transpose the scan data to the TTPG report for
• Ensure that the report is distributed to the appropriate parties

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years’ experience in building construction, architecture, engineering, or inspections
• University degree or College diploma in engineering, architecture, and/or building science
• Ability to read and comprehend construction specifications and drawings
• Ability to work remotely and under minimal supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Coordinate with Project Manager/Engineer/Architect, through the project
• Aid in preparation of Condition Assessment Reports
• Has, or is in the process of acquiring RRO certification
• Infrared thermography experience and/or certification an asset
• Own a vehicle in good working order and have a Driver’s License with no restrictions

Working Conditions & Environment

• Hours of Work: varies depending on travel required and time of year

• Remote work
• Weekend work may occasionally be required
• May require travel and overnight stay outside of local area
• May be required to attend company events/trade shows/presentations outside of regular hours of work
