Main Purpose of the Job:
The Alberta Sports Hall of Fame is looking for a dynamic team player to join us. The ideal candidate will share the Hall of Fames image by interacting with prospective and existing customers. You will promote our product and services through face-to-face interactions and attend events in Central Alberta aligning with the Hall’s strategic objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enhance the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame Brand in our service area
• Market the facility and programs to sports teams and community groups
• Implement the Hall of Fames Marketing and Communications Plan
• Assist in the coordination of events and community-facing initiatives that share the Hall of Fames strategic objectives
• Assist the team with visitor services
• Participate and support in the delivery of Hall of Fames education programs
• Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position located in Red Deer. Work will be split between the office and on site at community events. The position is 3 days/week and includes Fridays and
Saturdays and occasional Sundays and evenings. You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 30 pounds to set up displays at events.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $16.00-$22.78 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Evenings

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Red Deer, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
