Bookkeeper

Hours – PT (20 hours per week)

Six-month contract position with potential to extend to permanent

Rate: $15.50 per hour

Daily Duties:

• Entering sales into Sage 50 files

• Entering invoices into Sage 50 files

• Vendor account responsibilities

• Customer account responsibilities

• Completing other tasks upon request

• Completing and Submitting Payroll

Monthly Duties:

• Bank Statements and Visa Reconciliation

• Hourly sales summary

• Labour summary per location

• Completing other tasks upon request

Qualifications:

• Office Administration Certificate / Business Administration Diploma

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

• Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience with Sage 50 accounting software and QuickBooks accounting software
