Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Contract

Our client who is well known in the Medical Industry is looking for temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will provide support and service to their members.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative,you will take calls mostly about a program being launched and offering support and information to the caller.You must be comfortable with handling difficult callers and conversations. They are looking for people to work for them on a temporary basis of approximately 3 months, starting on August 16 th .

What We Offer

• $20 an hour
• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Remote work (must have an area that you can close the door and not be disturbed)
• Start date of August 16 th
• Temporary position for approximately 3 months
  
  

What You Bring

• You must be fully bilingual in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• You must be able to handle difficult callers and conversations
• Strong technical skills – you can multitask and navigate between multiple software applications and screens at the same time while making sure you continue to support the caller
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough, with excellent listening skills
  
  

Who You Are

• You are bilingual in French and English (this is required)
• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma with post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in customer service
• You must have a clean criminal record
• You like helping people – this is non-negotiable!
• You have excellent multi-tasking skills
• You have the capacity to navigate sensitive or stressful situations with ease
• You are a problem-solving master; you understand the callers needs and quickly learn how to get the best results
• You are committed to excellence in customer service and always strive for a first- call resolution
