Summary

You will be responsible for managing the team that must respond to the various problems that may arise for our users when using our administrative solution in our various IT environments. You will be responsible for prioritizing all requests by having an overview of all impacts.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a resource person for your team and with clients in urgent problem situations / crisis management;
  • Manage and supervise all work related to his/her team;
  • Coordinate, prioritize and follow up on the various support requests;
  • Act as a communication facilitator between our client representatives, our infrastructure team and our deployment team;
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the architecture surrounding all the components of our administrative solution in order to be able to quickly target the origin of the problems raised;
  • Implement a work and follow-up methodology to ensure effective problem solving;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the strategy to harmonize and optimize our operations;
  • Prepare and facilitate presentations/trainings for users and our client representatives;
  • Succeeding as an Associate Consultant, IT - Users Technical Support will require the following core qualifications and skills
Requirements
  • Have a university degree in computer science, computer administration or equivalent;
  • Be able to understand and use current computer technologies;
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server and corporate networks would be an asset;
  • Be recognized for his analytical mind, organizational skills and ability to manage several files simultaneously;
  • Demonstrate creativity and initiative in your work;
  • Be bilingual, both orally and in writing- English/French
  • Be available to work flexible hours up to 6:00 pm and occasionally on weekends during certain maintenance periods;
  • Knowledge of pension plan administration would be an asset
