About the opportunity

As a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator, you will primarily be responsible for providing part-time administrative support (up to 24 hours per week) weekly to assist with the correspondence and management of relationships with our Corporate Citizenship CPA volunteers within the province of Quebec and other provinces as necessary. You will also facilitate the work related to expanding our network of volunteers and partners and critical relations.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will:

  • Nurture relationships with our Quebec volunteers, and maintain and update the Quebec "volunteer/client" database
  • Facilitating Financial Literacy sessions in Quebec
  • Search and conduct outreach with new and existing partners in order to find new opportunities for volunteers
  • Assist with managing CPA Quebec relationship by liaising with French volunteers, partners and Area Leaders
  • Ensure priority matters are dealt with on a timely basis

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Bilingualism in French and English is required
  • 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office; particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional proofreading ability with a keen eye for detail
