Myticas Consulting’s direct client based within the Ottawa region is looking for a senior-level bilingual (french) Organizational Change/Transformation Manager with approximately 15 years of professional related experience.

Additional experiences/skils include:

• 7 years in major projects
• Training experience
• Facilitation experience
• Experience setting up an organizational change management office/governance for companies with more than 500 employees
• Experience creating organizational change management plans
• Client wants this to be a Senior Manager, who can also help upskill/coach their internal team of OCM resources

Competencies and skills:

• Fluent in French
• Ability to act as a coach and change agent
• Ability to work independently but also in a team
• Deep knowledge of change management methodology
• Ability to summarize information clearly
• Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to question the status quo while adapting their approach to the client’s needs
• Good listener
• Agile
• Action-oriented style of leadership (someone who can deliver and produce as well as lead)
• Versatile enough to be able to do more than just OCM
