Looking for a leader with collaborative management experience & strong guest excellence skills.

The manager will direct and oversee the daily operations of the barbershop, managing a team of barbers & guest services while creating a welcoming and positive environment for clients & team members.

This role balances several different skills & responsibilities:

Responsibilities include

• Excellence in Customer Service and Guest interaction
• Setting goals & support the team to achieve individual & team targets
• Recruitment & HR administration
• Scheduling
• Providing hands-on instruction to any new team member or barber
• Be proficient in the system to manage the waitlist efficiently
• Follow the Tommy Guns system and uphold brand standards
• Maintain operational systems
• Open/close duties
• POS/transaction & cash handling
• Barbershop cleanliness
• Retail recommendations
• Stock control & merchandise requirements
• Any other duties outlined by owners as the position develops
• Training of the above to team members

Transitioning period with the current shop manager

Bonuses:

• Weekly & annual bonus based on targets

Current Shop Hours:

• Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm
• Saturday 9am - 6pm
• Sunday 10am - 6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
