Swaneset’s Wedding Department is hiring for all positions! We are looking for Banquet Servers, Bartenders, and Banquet Captains.

All roles requires a valid Serving It Right. All employees require a reliable vehicle, as there is no access to public transportation.

Banquet Servers

This role requires self motivated individuals who can follow direction as well as a willingness to learn and be part of our Team with a focus on exceeding the expectations of our guests.

You must be able to work a flexible schedule and be self motivated.

Role Requirements:

• The ability to maintain a sense of urgency and focus on the job at hand.
• The ability to take initiative
• Maturity with an interest to learn and be part of a team.
• FOODSAFE Certificate and First Aid is an asset.
• Attention to detail and organized
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Banquet Captains

This role requires mature individuals who have confidence leading a team. Supervisor experience an asset.

Must be okay with working late nights and have a flexible schedule.

Role Requirements

• The ability to problem solve and take initiative.
• The ability to lead a team with confidence and have a sharp attention to detail.
• FOODSAFE certificate and First Aid is an asset
• Must be 19 years of age or older.

Bartender

Swaneset is looking for an experienced Bartender with knowledge and experience in the event industry, as well as the ability to offer great customer service to our clients.

Role Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a bartending role in a similar field.
• Must have a valid Serving It Right
• FOODSAFE and First Aid certificate is an asset.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.
