Are you looking for an exciting career in Sales?

Shimmer Pro Cleaners is a fast-paced, high growth Cleaning company providing Commercial Cleaning services to business in Edmonton and nearby areas.

We are expanding our team and are seeking an experienced, full-time, business-to-business sales professional with a proven track record of generating strong sales growth.

The successful candidate will work in our Edmonton office or remotely and be responsible for Lead Generation, Prospecting, Sales and Appointment Setting. Additional marketing support and system training will be provided. We are looking for motivated sales team members who work hard and appreciate being rewarded for their efforts. Specific details on the Pay rate and commission structure will be discussed during the interview process and provided with any successful job offers.

The ideal candidate for this position will;

Possess extremely strong presentation skills, Have a proven track record of generating and closing sales, ideally in Cleaning service sales or any other service based industry sales, Possess excellent English written and oral communication skills, Be tech-savvy, pick up new software quickly, and be very comfortable with constantly evolving technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: Effectively prospecting and qualifying potential clients to support long-term business growth, Ongoing lead generation activities to ensure a solid pipeline of incoming prospects throughout the year, Generating, managing, and converting high- potential sales leads procured through a variety of mediums including, but not limited to, prospecting, website leads, mail campaigns, networking, SEO campaigns, social media and sales calls. Building long-term mutually beneficial relationships with all clients. Working with the management and business development teams to develop and execute successful sales and marketing initiatives that are aligned with our corporate values.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years proven sales experience, Strong computer skills, including above-average knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite or Google workplace.

Assets

Previous Service Industry or any sales experience, Previous business-to-business sales experience.
