Collision Repair Experts Are Hiring in Two Locations!

Our extremely busy Southeast and Northwest collision repair facilities are looking for quality first Licensed Body Repair Technicians who are self starters and capable of high production in a fast paced environment with a high volume of collision repairs.

The qualified individual would be capable of working in a self directed manner and managing their repair stalls in order to facilitate maximum production. Quality of work and speed are very important attributes for this position.

The candidate should possess experience repairing all makes and models of vehicles and have familiarity with all repair techniques. Key performance factors would be:

• The ability to completely dismantle a vehicle without creating collateral damage
• The ability to perform light, medium and heavy collision repairs
• The ability to work with 3M, Fusor, Carborundum, and other collision repair materials.
• Welding and Grinding
• Plastic repair
• The ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• The ability to work safely and keep customer vehicles clean
• The ability to self manage and organize their own individual work flow
• Have a class 5 license

The compensation for the position is a flat rate hourly and the hourly rate will be based on experience. The working hours may vary based on the work load and production demands.

Salary: $30.00-$32.00 per hour

All incoming vehicles are cleaned and sanitized prior to beginning repairs and customers are subject to pre screening Covid questionnaires prior to arriving on site.

Experience:

• Auto Body Repair: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Journeyman License and Red Seal (preferred)
