Ian Moxon Architect Inc. is seeking a full-time Architectural Technologist to join our Chilliwack, B.C. office.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist senior staff with the design, production, and approval of commercial and residential projects.
• Liaise with owners, stakeholders, authorities and consultants.
• Display honesty, integrity and trust.
• Continually develop and enhance personal and professional skills.

Required Qualifications and Skill Set:

• Diploma in Architectural Technology or a related discipline from an accredited Canadian institution.
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in creating architectural designs and drawings.
• Working knowledge of construction practices, Building Codes and Land Use bylaws.
• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Good ability to receive, record, and initiate directions.
• Motivation while working both independently and as part of a team.
• Effective time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
