Job Summary
As a client care coordinator and clinic receptionist, you are the primary contact for our clients and team. You will oversee many aspects of operations, working independently. Your skill set will include the ability to exhibit emotional intelligence, problem solving, and excellent communication skills while being confident, caring, empathic and friendly.
Education and Experience * Reception experience in the spa or health industry * Knowledge of Mindbody Online program - Experience booking appointments - College - hospitality, tourism, communications * Professional, concise, clear communication skills including written, verbal and non-verbal * Knowledge in business principles and client care * Excellent Microsoft computer and software skills * Excellent interpersonal skills and experience - Mature and Smile when answering the phone
Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service * Handle customer inquiries and feedback * Ensure policies and procedures are followed * Prepare letters and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe * Ensure client files are maintained and current * Manage email accounts * Handle all aspects of the Mindbody Online program; Oversee all operations, including laundry, inventory and sanitization
Employment and Working Conditions * Being seated or standing at a desk for extended periods of time talking on the phone and working at a computer station

Shifts Available:
- Every Friday 8:00am- 4:00pm & Every Saturday 11:30am – 7:30pm. Minimum 16 hours per week.
- Help cover holiday time, additional hours may come available
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: $15.00-$23.00 per hour

Experience:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years (preferred)
- Retail Management: 2 years (preferred)
