Do you have excellent administrative skills and would like to join a winning Sales team?

Do you have front office experience handling reception and serving new and existing customers?

Our client in Stratford is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a 1-month contract with possibility for extension.

Advantages
  • Core Hours (Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm)

Responsibilities
  • The successful Administrative Assistant candidate will directly support the Sales Team.
  • Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy and sensitivity to portray the Company in a positive manner
  • Perform Reception Tasks, Operate Phone System to serve new and existing Customers
  • Provide clerical support for Sales Team
  • Data Entry within the ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Maintain Filing System

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of Administrative experience and/or sales experience
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM is preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
