We are looking for an Administrative Assistant
Role Description
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of billings, commission statements as well as BEN Reports to clients and consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for downloading, formatting and distributing various reports, handling the Department Inboxes and providing administrative support to leaders and the entire Payment Administration Department.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for the timely sorting, packaging and distribution of various billings and reports
- Download and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with all Group Client arrears
- Handle daily inquiries from Clients, Group Sales office and other Canada Life departments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle pressures of deadlines, fluctuating workloads, and changing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed skills using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Group Insurance products and TOCS system would be considered an asset
- Ability to excel within a Purpose/Vision driven environment
- You are comfortable with technology, using multiple computer and business programs
