The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards and accuracy, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative while prioritizing daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. This position will be part time (20-25 hrs/week).
Responsibilities
- Creating social media posts, brochures and other marketing materials
- Manage website functions and update as needed
- Monitor social media feeds and interactions
- Relay messages and send communications
- Organizing emails, contracts and other documents for signature
- Prepare signing packages, ensure completed as needed
- Ensure deadlines are made
- Assist to build business, recruit clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
