The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards and accuracy, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative while prioritizing daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. This position will be part time (20-25 hrs/week).

Responsibilities

  • Creating social media posts, brochures and other marketing materials
  • Manage website functions and update as needed
  • Monitor social media feeds and interactions
  • Relay messages and send communications
  • Organizing emails, contracts and other documents for signature
  • Prepare signing packages, ensure completed as needed
  • Ensure deadlines are made
  • Assist to build business, recruit clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
