CSTT Sports Travel is the leading accommodation provider for youth sports in North America. Our team is small but mighty, and we are excited to announce that we have a new position opening in January 2023. Our people are the ‘secret sauce’ to our success. This full time, permanent position would be suited to someone looking for a great work culture; somewhere to work hard and play hard.

WHO YOU ARE

As the first point of contact for our customers, you have a clear and precise telephone manner, and great administrative skills. Your attention to detail is off the charts. You are very comfortable with Office and Google products (particularly Outlook, Google Sheets, and Excel), and have the ability to learn our internal database system quickly. You love to collaborate as part of a team, and have a positive attitude. You have 1-3 years of Administrative experience, or a combination of experience and education.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving and directing all inbound phone calls.

Making, changing, and canceling hotel reservations for guests.

General administrative tasks including filing, scanning, spreadsheets, office inventory, maintaining records in our database system.

Supporting sales team and accounting functions as needed.
