You must have an ability to multitask in a busy organization. Answering incoming and making out going calls, corresponding through chat, email, social media, fax, web, along with facilitating administrative duties (order entry, invoicing, filing, scheduling, faxing, emailing, etc).

A working knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset.

Comfortable in communicating with patients/individuals, clinical/hospital/care facility staff, insurance companies, etc., comes easy for you.

Knowledge or interest in advanced medical compression technology along with an understanding of medical terminology is a plus.

Must be Fluent in English - Verbal & Written (French - Bilingual is a plus).

Monday to Friday

Base hourly rate starts at $12 to $14 per hour | plus bonuses (with an opportunity to advance) based on performance.

This Junior position will be based at our Head Office located at One Wesley in Winnipeg.
