Your Part in It:

We are looking for someone who can assist in the reconciliation of accounts. Your work will support our Finance team and you will communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives.

No previous accounting experience is needed, perfect for recent graduates who are looking to begin their accounting career!

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPRESENTATIVE

What the Job Entails:

• Collect on overdue accounts
• Reconcile accounts, issue credit notes and make adjustments when applicable
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Approve shipments based on payment and credit history
• Monitor customer accounts relative to their assigned credit limits
• Analyze basic credit reports to assess customer’s credit worthiness

What We Are Looking For:

• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to work in a team environment
• Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible
• Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun!
• Accounts receivable/credit experience in considered an asset
• Knowledge of ACCPAC preferred

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday

Traffic Tech has implemented preventative measures and safety precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all persons entering Traffic Tech facilities. For example, upon arrival masks are mandatory, employees are greeted by our in-house full-time health screeners, social distancing is maintained in all common areas (6ft/2m), hand sanitizer stations are strategically spaced out around the office, there is a restricted flow of traffic within the office to avoid interdepartmental spreads or outbreaks, and increased cleaning of all office spaces and warehouses.
