Are you a detailed orientated person who can operate in a fast-paced environment and has the interpersonal skills to work with third-party brokers?

We are looking for an Equipment Leasing Fulfillment Officer to join our team. You will have direct ownership of your files and be responsible for ensuring that the required documentation is compliant for funding.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately reviewing Vendor invoices to match the contracts
• Ensuring bank information in EFT/Wire payment matches the information in the system and contract
• Reviewing the vendor payable list obtaining approval from management to release the payment in the bank.
• Investigating any deficiencies in payment information and coordinate with Operations and Finance team to resolve issues
• Supporting Portfolio and Cash Management function as necessary
• Protecting organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• Other accounting duties that management may require

Skills Knowledge & Experience

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail
• Relevant university degree or college diploma combined with two years of work experience
• Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, policies and procedures and budgeting methods
• Detail orientated, with excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to produce and manage daily management reporting requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Energetic team player with ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Great Plains would be an asset
