Overview
As an Account Executive (AE) you will be responsible for leading, driving and achieving business results across several channels of UGG Canada’s business portfolio. With passion for building and cultivating relationships, we’re looking for a candidate to lead, drive, coach and inspire our account base to partner with UGG for sustainable profitable growth. A successful AE will have a clear understanding of retailer metrics and leverage these to make proactive business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Fashion, Marketing or a related field, 2 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Understanding of gross margin profitability planning
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail math
  • Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends
  • Ability to use sales financial data to recommend and make decisions on account profitability
  • Proven and reputable communication skills and ability to influence others
  • Comfortable and confident in ability to work with cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business
  • Deep understanding of segmentation and LT strategic plan buildouts
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Develop, inform and drive account specific strategic sales plans in support of channel growth plans and marketplace development.
  • You will cultivate new and existing partner development plans.
  • Drive segmentation and differentiation framework that creates marketplace capacity.
  • You will lead and drive key processes across forecasting, seasonal initiatives, scenario planning and new sales opportunities.
  • You will have strong financial acumen and the ability to make business decisions based not solely on top line revenue but UGG profitability and marketplace management.
Job Description/Requirements
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire GTM cycle
  • Provide professional after preseason sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the retailers in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Forecasting and monitoring account metrics for each client
  • Communicating progress of quarterly, monthly, and yearly initiatives to stakeholders
  • Preparing account reports as requested by retailers or supervisors
  • Collaborating with other teams and departments to meet client needs and create new opportunities
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery to meet customer needs and aims
  • Providing customer service to retailers on all accounts
  • Developing beneficial working relationships with all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage and perform ad-hoc projects as needed
